Housing & Residential Life

Dunwoody College of Technology has partnered with The Quad on Delaware to offer students the opportunity to join a community of learners just like you.

In addition to the amenities offered by The Quad on Delaware, you will enjoy a full college experience and have the opportunity to participate in Dunwoody-sponsored activities. Experienced staff are available on-site, providing you with afternoon and weekend support outside of class.

The Quad on Delaware offers two, three, and four bedroom apartments with a common living, dining, and kitchen area. Each bedroom has an attached, private bathroom as well as a study area. Both the bedroom and the shared living spaces are fully furnished. Your roommates and neighbors will be Dunwoody students.

Located on the western edge of the Prospect Park neighborhood of Minneapolis, The Quad is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and live music venues. It also offers easy access to light-rail and bus lines to Dunwoody, downtown Minneapolis, Minneapolis-Saint Paul international airport, Mall of America, and many other Twin Cities destinations.
